Hot Honey Salmon & Whipped Feta ๐ฏ๐
This is the ultimate "healthy-meets-fancy" dinner. Itโs creamy, crispy, spicy, and takes less than 20 minutes.
The Lineup
Salmon: 2 fillets, skin-on
Veg: 1 bunch asparagus
The Base: 1/2 cup Feta + 1/4 cup Greek yogurt + squeeze of lemon
The Glow-up: Hot honey & fresh dill
The Quick Steps
Whipped Feta: Blitz the feta, yogurt, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Spread it onto your plates like a pro.
The Veg: Toss asparagus in a hot pan with a splash of oil for 4 minutes until charred. Set aside.
The Fish: Season salmon with salt/pepper. Sear skin-side down for 5 minutes (don't touch it!) until crispy. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
Plate it: Salmon goes on the feta, asparagus on the side. Drizzle with plenty of hot honey and fresh herbs.
Pro Tip: If you don't have hot honey, just mix 1 tbsp honey with a pinch of red pepper flakes.
