Curry KETO ๐ certainly tastes better than it looks but this is a favourite- I use one pack of chicken tikka masala and pack it out with an extra packet of just chicken, in this case fajita mini fillets. It makes two meals about 13g carbohydrates each. Top off with a few chillies ๐ถ๏ธ. Literally itโs 5 minutes in the microwave.
Chicken Tikka Masala 100g
Carbohydrates 5.9g, protein 12.3g, fats 8g
Fajita Roast Chicken Mini Fillets 100g
Carbohydrates 3.9g, protein 22.8g, fats 2.4g
๐๐ปโโ๏ธ maybe when time is not an issue, it would be better to make up the masala sauce so it doesnโt contain too much sugar. Probably cost a fortune getting all these ingredients;
