EX-DAIRY DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER FOR NATIONAL BURGER DAY

Two of our 250g ex-dairy beef burgers, made with dry-aged beef and hand-pressed by our butchers in Barons Court. Topped with cheese fondue, treacle-cured bacon and IPA onion jam, in a toasted potato sesame bun.

A proper showcase for the depth and richness of dry-aged ex-dairy beef.
