Grass-fed, native breed Aberdeen Angus beef sourced from trusted British farms. Our cattle are slow-reared on natural pasture, resulting in beef with beautiful marbling, natural fat cover and exceptional depth of flavour.
Our beef is then dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days to concentrate the flavour and ensure incredible tenderness. Prepared by our team of expert butchers, every cut is carefully selected, aged and prepared by hand - the same standard trusted by many of the UK’s leading chefs.
