We were delighted to be one of just eight locations chosen to stock Other Amphora Aged Grenache — a remarkable Moroccan wine produced in a tiny quantity of only a few hundred bottles.
Made from 100% Grenache, a black grape, this white wine is aged in amphora, giving it a beautiful softness. Expect minerality, stone and tropical fruit, with a delicate hint of red berries.
The grapes are grown in the AOC Hauts Plateaux de Meknès, in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, where growers are adapting their agricultural and winemaking practices to work with increasingly extreme climatic conditions.
The quality of the wine speaks for itself — and we now have only a handful of bottles remaining.
