LEARN HOW TO COOK USING MCT OIL
MCT Oil is suitable for cooking at low to moderate temperatures. MCT oil has a lower smoke point than coconut oil, which is 350Β°F. Any temperature above 320Β°F begins to harm the fats, reducing the effectiveness of MCT oil.π§βπ³
How to cook using MCT OIL:
π₯₯ If you are a morning person, you can add your MCT Oil to your smoothie, coffee, tea, or yoghurt.
π₯₯ You can add small amounts of MCTs to any food and it can also enhance the flavour.

Ingredients
βοΈ4 very ripe bananas
βοΈ4 eggs
βοΈ1/2 cup of coconut flour
βοΈ1/2 cup of almond butter
βοΈ4 tbsp True MCT
βοΈ1 tbsp True Collagen
βοΈ1 tbsp vanilla extract
βοΈ1 tsp cinnamon
βοΈ1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
βοΈ1 tsp of gluten-free baking powder
βοΈPinch of salt
βοΈDark choc chips and chopped walnuts for topping (optional)
Method:
βοΈPreheat oven to 160C.
βοΈMix the coconut flour, collagen, cinnamon, bicarb, baking powder and salt.
βοΈPeel and mash the bananas in a large bowl.
βοΈAdd the beaten eggs, almond butter, MCT, and vanilla extract and mix well.
βοΈGently fold the dry ingredients into the wet, a little at a time, until incorporated. Pour cake batter into a greased and lined loaf tin.
βοΈTop with choc chips/nuts if using.
βοΈBake for 30mins or until cake is cooked through and feels springy to the touch. Leave to cool before slicing.
