We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help grow our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
(1) Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, delivery partners, and service providers to secure better trading terms and new product lines.
(2) Analyse weekly and monthly sales data to identify high-margin products and local demand trends.
(3) Plan and implement promotional campaigns to increase footfall and turnover.
(4) Explore B2B sales with local businesses, offices, and community organisations.
(5) Develop and deliver digital-marketing activities to grow brand visibility.
(6) Supervise junior staff and guide them on customer-service and upselling techniques.
Requirements:
(1) Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
(2) Proven ability to deliver results and manage client relationships
(3) Understanding of UK retail and wholesale markets
Salary: £55,200 per annum (based on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week (full-time, permanent)
