Crispy Salt & Pepper Squid
Ingredients:
1 lb squid tubes, cleaned and sliced into rings
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Vegetable oil for frying
Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
Toss the squid rings in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Fry the squid in batches for 2-3 minutes per batch, or until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Serve with lemon wedges and your choice of dipping sauce.

Pumpkin Spice Tres Leches Cake
Ingredients:
1 box spice cake mix
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream for topping
Directions:

Preheat the oven according to the cake mix package instructions. Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Prepare the spice cake mix according to package directions and bake. Allow the cake to cool completely.
In a large bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
Poke holes all over the cooled cake with a fork, then slowly pour the pumpkin spice milk mixture over the cake, allowing it to soak in.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Top with whipped cream before serving.

Cottage Cheese Tortilla Wraps
Ingredients:
4 large tortillas
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup baby spinach, chopped
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 avocado, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking
Directions:
Lay the tortillas flat and evenly spread cottage cheese over each one.
Sprinkle chopped spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, and avocado slices on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll the tortillas into wraps.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden and crispy.
Serve warm.
