Unfortunately, the LBJ shop will be closed this weekend. There was a huge fire behind the shop last weekend, and thankfully nobody was hurt. We’ve got some minor damage, but the shop is OK. We’ll hopefully be back up and running on the 6th & 7th of June. Please check our stockist list for all LBJ jam & marmalade sales or our online shop.

We have limited opening hours this weekend and will only be open today from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We will be closed tomorrow, Sunday, the 24th, for the long weekend. Back to normal weekend hours on the 30th & 31st May. Enjoy the sunshine ☀️

Happy Sunday 💚Here is our Seville Orange & Chamomile Marmalade sitting pretty in Hokkaido• London Boroug of Jamから新緑の季節にぴったりな、セビルオレンジとカモミールのマーマレードが届きました。

オレンジの皮の食感をほどよく残して、やさしい香りのカモミールフラワーを加えた、LBJらしいチャーミングなマーマレードはトーストやスコーン、ヨーグルトとの相性抜群です！

食べ終わったあとの瓶はフラワーベースにしたり、小物入れにしたり、インテリアとして使うととびきりかわいいです💚

Jammy, honeyed-sweet Apricots are paired with Verjuice, a highly acidic, non-alcoholic cooking ingredient made from the juice of pressed unripe grapes. We add it to our Apricot jam to provide a gentle acidity, offering a more sophisticated substitute for lemon juice. It’s not a dominant flavour, but one that balances the sweetness. Luscious when dolloped on a gooey piece of Brie de Meaux. Ingredients: Apricots, unrefined cane sugar, verjuice & lemon juice.
