Gnocchi, spring greens and a little kick of chilli. A perfect dish for the season, as our cooking starts to shift. Fresh and verdant, but still providing some comfort with the pillow-like dumplings. Amp this one up a few anchovies, or bacon fat. Or replace the spring greens with spinach, wild garlic or a mix of your choosing.
