Of all the possible methods of preparing food, none has the same primal, instinctive appeal as fire-cooking. It’s a form of cooking that humans have been mastering for millennia, on every continent, in every cuisine. At Flame & Smoke tomorrow, we’ll be celebrating fire cooking traditions from around the world: from East Asia to Latin America, the Mediterranean to right here in the UK.
