What a special moment in the shop this morning ❤️

Our young apprentice, Louie, had the pleasure of serving his lovely nan and cutting her four beautiful ribeye steaks. It was made even more meaningful knowing that her husband, Louie’s grandad, was a very well-respected butcher at London’s famous Smithfield Market.

A proud moment and a lovely reminder that butchery really does run in the family! 🥩🔪

🔪 THERE’S A NEW BOY ON THE BLOCK! 🔪

Our Saturday boy, Little Louie, recently came to us and asked if he could begin a proper butchery apprenticeship—and we couldn’t be happier to have him!

It fills us with real pride to give something back to the trade, teach the next generation and show him all the tricks of the trade.

Little Louie comes from a family of butchers, so you could say it’s already in his blood! We’re really looking forward to watching him learn, develop and become a valued member of the team.

Welcome aboard, Little Louie! 🥩👏
