Fermented, flavour-packed, and plant-based, the small-batch creations from Nettle Foods are here to transform your everyday meals
foods are made with activated cashews, spring water, cold-pressed oils and live cultures, these raw and unpasteurised ferments are as good for your gut as they are for your tastebuds.
Haverstock White – a marinated macadamia & cashew cheese with garlic, thyme and black pepper. Creamy and tangy like Persian feta.
Cultured Gold – cultured cashew milk butter, lightly salted and sealed under extra virgin olive oil. Bake it, spread it, love it.
Sumac Chilli Mint – vibrant, citrusy and gently spicy with fermented chillies, spearmint and dried sumac. Perfect with fritters or warm flatbread.
Preserved Lemon Dill – zesty and herbaceous with preserved Sicilian lemons and fresh dill. Spoon onto bagels or stir through pasta.
