This UNREAL hot buffalo chicken dip = gone before the final whistle 😮🔥
Ingredients
•2 Jack’s chicken breasts
•1 tbs olive oil
•Pinch of salt and pepper
•1 tub cream cheese
•60ml light mayo
•Buffalo hot sauce, to taste
•Handful of Jack’s cheddar cheese (grated plus extra for topping)
•Juice of 1 lemon
•2 tortilla wraps
•2 tbs olive oil
•1 tbs paprika
•1 tbs salt
•Handful of fresh chives
Instructions
1.Place chicken breasts on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C. Once cooked, finely shred the chicken and set aside.
2.In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, a drizzle of light mayo, and buffalo hot sauce. Mix until smooth.
3.Add a handful of grated cheddar cheese and the lemon juice. Stir well, then add in the shredded chicken.
4.Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with an extra sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Bake under the grill at 180°C until hot and bubbly (around 15 minutes).
5.Top with a sprinkle of fresh chives before serving.
