Visit ChaiSan during 5-18 February to order the traditional Lo Hei, also known as “prosperity toss”. This is a fortune and prosperity bringing dish consisting of Chinese sesame salad, with fresh salmon topped with gold leaf and shredded vegetables. Served with sweet and sour plum sauce.
