Hot of the (Olive) press is our "HYGEIA 756" October 2024 harvest of very high polyphenol extra virgin organic olive oil, made from unripe olives, giving a very low acidity oil. We only have 240 bottles (250ml size) of this super healthy super quality olive oil, so order whilst it is still available!

We will be getting a November harvest too, which should hopefully also be extremely good quality, but for now, get your bottle of HYGEIA! To boost your health take one tablespoon per day (of course you can cook with it and add it to salads etc).
