Now you can try them barbecued, crispy and juicy, plain or with herbs - it's up to you how we prepare them. Served with Polish salad and melted cheese. With a huge range of mustard, horseradish, mayonnaise, pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut, cucumbers in brine... All made in Poland! Also you can try "Smalec" - pork drippings with herbs and meat pieces served on Bread with onion and pickles;

"Metka"

- Smoked Polish minced Beef and Pork mixed with lard, salt, black pepper, garlic and marjoram served on Bread with pickles. Sausages are made with a special process from an award winning butchers at the northern ethnic region of Poland called "Kaszebe". All products are made from meat delivered by small, local farmers which help to achieve better taste due to the Traditional/Organic way of production. Previously cooked and smoked, now barbecued for final result. You can try different kinds of sausages as: Jalowcowa, Kaszubska, Litewska, Slaska, Torunska, Zwyczajna, Z Gospody...
..accompanied with the original Polish Smoked Cheese like: “Oscypek” and “Rolada Zywiecka” which comes from south of Poland and has been prepared by special recipe of local highlanders which gives it unique strong and rich, smoked taste. Comes with different shapes and made from sheep or cow milk or a mix of them both. It comes in slices which have been melted and served on top of the hot barbecued sausage...
