The Food Assembly is a new food model that enables direct trading between local farmers, other small producers and consumers. It is a kind of prepaid farmers' market, where members place their orders online and meet once a week to collect their products. The Hackney Downs Food Assembly takes place at L'entrepôt on Tuesday evenings between 5.30pm and 7.30pm. We are all about great food from ethical
