At TMC, our beef, pork and lamb come from our own farm right here in North Yorkshire, just a few miles from our butchers in Richmond.

We farm native breeds in a natural, outdoor environment, with animal welfare, sustainability and traceability at the heart of what we do.

It's about knowing where your meat comes from, knowing the people who farm it and keeping those food miles as low as possible.
