The restaurant is called Elliot's, it is in the middle of Borough Market. We have small kitchen, 3 or 4 chefs on per shift. Will learn all sections but mostly needed on larder to start.

Working with great produce from amazing suppliers around the UK. The menu is constantly evolving with the seasons and the produce so there utr plenty to keep you interested.

Rota is based on 7 shifts over 4 days. Restaurant is closed on Sunday and and bank holidays so will always be guaranteed off.
