We are back with the second edition of our Cider & Cheese Supperclub, bringing you an evening of curated vegan cheese and next-level cider pairings! (Link in bio)

Like we did back in July, we’ve teamed up with our neighbours down the road, , to showcase an eclectic line-up of ciders: from wild ferment bubbles to juicy, tart, and funky apples with attitude. Expect lots of sipping, fermented cashew cheeses, all wrapped in the warm glow of kitchen.

Lucia, our head-chef, curated this mouthwatering menu (which we already tried and can’t wait to share it with you!) and it’ll be paired with 5 delicious ciders.

📆 18th & 19th of September

⏱ 7 pm to 9 pm

🎟️ £49 per person (when buying only 1 ticket, you’ll be charged for a delivery fee that we’ll refund)

Each wheel is aged with care in our ageing room, then sliced by hand, one by one. Pure craft, patience, and a whole lot of love for the process! You can see how proud Louis is holding a big wheel of C’é Dairy?.

• Tris of blinis with fermented cashew cheese, seaweed “caviar”, smoked nori carrots, pickled onion
• Castefranco radicchio and pear salad with Stracciatella and chilli oil dressing
• Fermented cashew cheese with strawberry and celery salsa, spicy candied peanuts and peanut dressing
• Korean mince taco with crispy kimchi and fermented cashew cheese sauce
• Caramel cheesecake ice cream with baked apples and walnut crumb

Just numbers? Let me break it down.

Since we started making our chef-approved Bluffalo Notzarella, we've sold over 64,000 kilos of it!! 👀

To make just 1kg of dairy mozzarella, you need about 10 litres of cow's milk.
So that’s 640,000 litres of milk we didn’t use. Now consider this: a dairy cow produces around 32,000 litres of milk in her lifetime!

That means, by making Bluffalo Notzarella instead of dairy, we’ve spared the lifetime output of roughly 20 cows.

But numbers aside, at I AM NUT OK, we like to think the real impact is bigger.

When people try a vegan mozzarella that actually tastes good, it might inspire them to cut down on dairy altogether, not just in mozzarella, but across the board.
