We are bringing you a brand new experience: an evening of curated vegan cheese and next-level cider pairings!✨(link in bio)
This time, we’ve teamed up with our neighbours down the road, , to showcase an eclectic line-up of ciders: from wild ferment bubbles to juicy, tart, and funky apples with attitude. Expect lots of sipping, fermented cashew cheeses from , all wrapped in the warm glow of 🧡
Lucia, our head-chef, curated this mouthwatering menu (which we already tried and can’t wait to share it with you!):
• Tris of blinis with fermented cashew cheese, seaweed “caviar”, smoked nori carrots, pickled onion
• Castefranco radicchio and pear salad with Stracciatella and chilli oil dressing
• Fermented cashew cheese with strawberry and celery salsa, spicy candied peanuts and peanut dressing
• Korean mince taco with crispy kimchi and fermented cashew cheese sauce
• Caramel cheesecake ice cream with baked apples and walnut crumb

💰Refund: Tickets can only be refunded if canceled 4 days before the event. Unfortunately, as all the ingredients are bought fresh, we won’t be able to refund any tickets if the deadline has passed.
