RECIPE NO. 2
Before the British asparagus season comes to a close this month I wanted to try out Dom’s recipe for Asparagus, Pea & Potato Frittata. Tonight seemed like the perfect night with golden sunshine so I put it together after work.
Robin and Isaac have been working hard all day to get Robin’s Mum moved over to Alvingham so I took it around for tea for them. Absolutely delicious. Packed full of flavour. The fresh dill used in it really makes it for me. Yum. I did a quick tzatziki to accompany plus a bowl of organic noire de crimee tomatoes.
