Our meat is purchased directly from our parent company Suffolk meat traders ltd. We are skilled butchers and our operators are butchers, we supply to butchers and clients throughout East Anglia and have been trading for over 60 years, allowing full traceability of any animal back to the farm. We have forged strong ties with Dingley Dell pork and Riverside beef and we are able at all times to provide our chefs and clients with the assurance of consistent quality , taste and integrity at all times
