Good Morning you lovely people. This is horrible to write but due to unforeseen circumstances and a painful few weeks of decision making we will be closing this week forever.
We would like to take this opportunity in thanking you all for supporting us and choosing us to supply you with the local meats and produce that we thrive on sourcing and getting from the field to the table.
The good news is though that our other shop Carters Of Ludlow based on Coder Road on the Ludlow Business Park is still and will remain open 6 days a week delivering the high quality produce that you expect from us.

So please make a warm welcome to our celebratory chorizo verde pork sausage, just in time for the Kings Coronation.
This will probably be the most vegetarian sausage David will probably make 😊.
Made with Pork, fresh spinach, fresh coriander, fresh chilli’s, onions, garlic, cumin, cider vinegar and seasoning. Pop in and try them and pick up your weekend meats for the bank holiday.

Good morning you lovely folk. For you this weekend we have gorgeous plump locally sourced chicken fillets with a melt in the mouth garlic butter centre with a herb crust or choose from one of our ready meals available. We have strips of beef in a black bean sauce, chicken fillets in a scrummy tikka sauce, chicken fillets in lemon and coriander or pork steaks in a smoky bbq sauce. All can be cooked in the oven for 25 mins on 180’. What a perfect weekend meal sorted just before you nip off to the fair 👍😋

Good afternoon, This week's meat pack is entirely your choice choose from 3 8oz rumps, 4 gammon steaks or 6 beef burgers.these come along side 10 traditional Carters sausages, 8 rashers of plain back bacon, 3 chicken breasts, 6 large clun eggs and either 1lb of steak mince or 1lb of stewing steak.
Rump pack is £31
Gammon or burger packs are £28
If you wanted both mince and stewing steak add an extra £3 to the above price.

Good Friday 6am-1pm
Easter Saturday 6am-2pm
Easter Sunday CLOSED
Easter Monday CLOSED
