Ericka's Cakery Why Hello!

I'm currently setting up a local Cakery selling home-made, fresh cakes and cupcakes delivered personally and designed just for you :)

My baking environment is 99% vegetarian and many ingredients are ethically sourced. Any fruit and veg included in my cakes are sourced from a local greengrocer and my eggs are large and free range [organic too if I'm feeling extravagant!].. Whilst my kitchen is ho

me-based, it is certified by the local Council and I have all the relevant training :) All this means is that I cannot guarantee that a cake made for a vegan is 100% vegan [sad face] because I'd need a separate kitchen and separate utensils to say this. I deliver personally so you get your items in the way they should be delivered to you and to the following areas:
Luton [and surrounding 15 miles]
St Albans
Hatfield
Welwyn Garden City
Potters Bar
Wheathampstead
