We offer the freshest, most sustainable and locally caught fish and shellfish. Please come and see for yourself.

A very good morning to all our lovely friends and customers, Wheelers Traditional Fishmonger starts with Summer opening hours this week so we’re open from Tuesday through to Saturday now. We’ve been very busy ensuring the very best fresh fish and shellfish from our beautiful coastline is available for your midweek healthy and delicious treats !
We’ve got wild local Turbot, Plaice, Brill, Bass and Bream. Gurnard, Huss, Trout also star in this morning’s selection with organic Scottish Salmon, North Sea Cod too. We have the finest smoked fish from the delicious hot Smoked Salmon and natural oak smoked haddock to the best Manx kippers.

A very good morning to all our friends and customers.
It’s Fish Friday and in I hope you’re all in a mood to celebrate the arrival of summer with a BBQ , there’s really no better way to eat, with your family or friends enjoying being outside surrounded with the people who make you happy !
At Wheelers Traditional Fishmonger this morning we have the best that our beautiful coastline has to offer, fantastic wild Bass and Bream are fully in season, Plaice, Turbot and Brill also headlining our great range all landed by our fishing partner at Lymington so rest assured that you’ll be supporting local fishermen and local businesses as well. We are very proud of this fact and hope you are too.
We also have a wonderful selection of fish kebabs, honey salmon, king prawn with garlic and herbs, cod with paprika and sun dried tomato and of course the teriyaki tuna are all in the favourites list ready for your weekend treat or celebration meal. A very good morning to all our lovely friends and customers- it seems this week that summer has leapfrogged spring and arrived !

A very good morning to all our lovely friends and customers, it’s fish Friday once more and it’s not only our wonderful countryside and forest that’s in bloom, our amazing coastline is also fully in bloom too with some amazing fish fully in season. We have beautiful Plaice, Bream and Bass, Dover sole, Lemon sole and Huss or Rock Salmon in old money !. There is a range of BBQ delights too with honey Salmon, King Prawn in garlic and herb Cod and Monkfish in sun dried tomato and herb kebabs. A very good springtime, fish Friday morning to all our lovely friends and customers, we’ve been very busy again ensuring the very finest and freshest fish and shellfish is on our ice this morning ready for you to come and choose from.

A very good morning to all our friends and customers, we hope you’re all well and enjoying the Spring sunshine.
We’ve been very busy ensuring that we have the best, the freshest and most seasonal fish and shellfish possible on our ice this morning;
Wild local Bass, both Black and Gilthead Bream, Red Mullet, Rock Salmon or Huss, Plaice, Brill, Red Gurnard, gorgeous fresh Skate wings are all in our selection today along with a great BBQ range including Honey Salmon, Teriyaki sashimi grade Tuna and garlic and herb monkfish kebabs.
We also have fresh halibut, sashimi grade tuna, fresh North Sea cod and Scottish Salmon.
We have x large black Tiger Prawns, Shetland Scallops and Mussels, dressed crab and so much more for a delicious midweek meal.

A very good beautiful, Springtime morning to all our lovely friends and customers. It’s fish Friday and this morning we have some of the best very locally caught fish on our ice ready for a fantastic feast. Whether you’re firing up the bbq, having a special, celebratory dinner or just fancy something healthy and very delicious, we have you covered.
We have a full range of fish kebabs, from organic honey salmon, teriyaki tuna, garlic and herb cod or king prawn with roasted red pepper and paprika marinade skewers to wild bass and gilt head bream which roast beautifully over the coals.
We also have fabulous skate wings, squid, IOW turbot and the very best hot and cold smoked salmon. A very good spring morning to all our lovely friends and customers, it’s Fish Friday and we have some of the very best, very locally caught fish and shellfish that our wonderful coastline has to offer.
Wild bass, just in season, dominate our ice this morning with the gilt head and black bream also in starring roles, beautiful red mullet and fresh Huss or rock salmon bringing colour and a touch of class to the range. We have the usual tasty and inexpensive treats too from Plaice to Dover sole, skate wings to Romsey trout and Scottish salmon so please come to the fabulous Everton Nurseries and treat yourself and your family to a very healthy, very locally caught (the vast majority of our fish and shellfish is landed at Lymington and Mudeford !) …. Friday feast.

A very Good Friday morning to all our lovely friends and customers, Happy Easter to you all.
It’s Fish Friday at Wheelers this morning we have the finest, very locally caught fish and shellfish on our ice.
The new spring Wild Bass season started this week and our fishermen have been out on the ocean waves ensuring that the freshest wild fish are ready for your weekend table.
We have a special selection this morning from beautiful turbot to plaice and brill, caught just off the south coast of the Island. Skate and Huss to channel cod and red mullet.
If it’s that special Easter breakfast you’re after, we have the very finest smoked salmon or Manx kippers !
