Delicious homemade tasty biltong maker..

I make lightly spiced traditional biltong as my standard using my own Zimbeze blend of spices. My recipe has been tried and tested and its subtle flavour combined with the meaty taste of top quality Silverside beef has pleased every-one who has tried it. I also make Garlic, Chilli plus a combination of both flavours. I also make to suit individual tastes like plain un-spiced biltong to order as we

ll as a reduced salt or extra spicy versions. Chilli-Bites / Garlic-Bites / Chutney-Bites are also made to order.. Brand new is my Drywors/Dreowors... deliciously good in the same flavours as the biltong. New is my range of Zimbeze Spices in Traditional, Garlic, Chilli plus a combination of both flavours and now my Boerewors/Drywors spice also available.

Join us from 10am - 3.30pm with 140+ stalls, music, entertainment and so much more. It's a jam packed day of great stuff!

A Sunday bus service is available around Macclesfield, parking is available at numerous spots (please check closing hours of the multi-storey if you choose to park there and time constraints on others) - all within very close distance to various entrance parts of the market. Disabled parking is available throughout town too, with the market accessible to all. Please do research yourselves where would be suitable for your own needs and timings.
Don't forget the businesses on our high street, museum, parks, cafes, restaurants and so much more - it's a busy day in Macclesfield, please do opt to stay for a while and make the most of a fantastic day out!

Then SUNDAY wer'e at or local - Macclesfield Treacle Market Market. Then we have a month of time of totally without any markets - time for a rest.
NEXT YEAR we will only be doing these TWO markets unless we find some other good ones.
