Hive-Side Training brings experienced beekeepers together for hands-on, intensive sessions led by accredited trainers. Government-funded through the Healthy Bees Plan 2030, it's a brilliant way to deepen your knowledge right at the hive.

Meet our Soft Set Honey, the one that started it all. 🍯

This is our spring honey, the very first crop of the year!

As the rapeseed fields turn yellow across Cheshire, the bees gather the nectar that gives this honey its signature creamy, fudge-like texture.

Think vanilla fudge, but spreadable.

Today we're celebrating the incredible little creatures behind every jar of Happy Valley Honey.

Without bees, there would be no honey, no pollination, and honestly, a much less colourful world.

Cherry blossom season is here 🌸🐝

In Japan, they call it Hanami - the tradition of celebrating cherry blossoms in full bloom. There's something about these delicate pink and white petals that stops you in your tracks, isn't there?

Our bees are out there right now gathering nectar from cherry trees, apple blossoms, and all the gorgeous spring flowers that make our Blossom Honey so special.

Light, fragrant and beautifully balanced - it's British springtime captured in a jar.
