We are looking to appoint a full time farm shop assistant to join our small but growing team.
The hours are 8am - 5pm on a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The successful candidate will :

• Have exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Have an appreciation for fresh produce
• Share our pride in the quality and presentation of our shop
• Be approachable, friendly and confident
• Be reliable, punctual and keen to work
• A strong work ethic and a team - focused approach

Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to…..

• Serving and engaging with customers at the till
• Preparing and displaying fresh produce, stock rotation
• Maintaining a well stocked, clean and tidy shop
• Attain strong product knowledge to support customers

Competency using a computer, a payment terminal and other shop equipment is desirable. A level of physical fitness is essential as there is regular manual handling.
Full training will be provided.

We are more than just a shop - we are part of a community, so finding the right fit matters to us. If you think you’d enjoy rolling up your sleeves and becoming part of our team, we would love to hear from you.

🐔 Meet our new CalciBug Fed chickens! ✨🐔

We’re so excited to add the latest additions to the farm — our higher welfare, locally raised chickens, all cared for right here on the farm along with the rest of the ladies 💛

All of our chickens are high welfare, free range happy chickens but these are fed slightly differently.

These chicks are fed a natural, protein-rich diet mainly consisting of Calcibugs to help keep them strong and healthy, plus apple pulp from freshly pressed juice from Owlets 🍎 — nothing goes to waste here!

The result? Better egg production, Happier chickens, better welfare, and produce you can feel good about bringing home 🙌
