We're open until 4 today but there are some changes to hours this week as we'll be away at a conference.

Wednesday 18, open 12-2pm
Thursday 19 to Saturday 21, closed

We will be back open as usual from Wednesday 25th.

Happy Chocolate Week! May it be filled with craft chocolate and the finest of bonbons. Happy to have been making bean to bar chocolate in Manchester for the last ten years and thrilled that you lot help us to continue doing so with all your support. It ain't easy sometimes, but it's always worth it!

The shop is open today and Isobel is in London at the Craft Chocolate Fair in Farringdon.

Last call for our Colombia 60% milk and 70% dark bars! We've just a handful of each bar left and as it stands no more beans on the way. If we're lucky we might be able to get some from this year's harvest, but unfortunately we won't know for a while so if these are your favourites grab a bar or two now!
