If you're coming to Marchington Festival & Open Gardens get your day off to a great start with a bacon or sausage bap from the BBQ at Marchington Community Shop! You could peruse the programme over a coffee and plan your route around the gardens and note the times of the events on the festival field to make sure you get the most out of your day!

Putting up & delivering open garden signs with Mick this morning we came across quite a few gardeners busy preparing for the big day on Saturday when they will be welcoming visitors to look around their gardens at Marchington Village Festival & Open Gardens. If you like gardens /gardening you are in for a real treat!

Treat your Dad to a great day out this Father’s Day at and Open Gardens! You could start the day with a coffee & bacon roll from the BBQ at the village shop. Then look around the classic car display on the festival field, have a beer in the marquee and take in some of the beautiful open gardens. By then you'll be ready for a ploughman’s lunch at the Vintage Tearooms after which you could have a mooch around the Artisan Food & Craft Market, a few more gardens and finish up at Windmill Drive for tea & cake! Obviously this is just a suggestion, there is so much to see and do at this year's festival a day really isn't enough!
Tickets £6/pp from the village shop or the Vintage Tea Rooms at the village hall.

These fun children’s biscuits arrived in the shop this week, perfect for a little treat!
🍓 It’s the season for Eton Mess and we’ve got some lovely meringue sprinkles to make it extra special.
Our Gluten Free section has been very popular so Holly & Margaret have added more biscuits to our range.

Another great reason to come to Marchington next weekend - the fabulous Festival and OPEN GARDENS!! It’s a great day out for all the family. 😃

We are excited to announce a fabulous demonstration at the festival on Sunday 21st June :

🌻The final bouquet will be one of the raffle prizes for our Saturday raffle
Charlotte will be with us for the two days of the festival with her amazing floral creations. There will also be the chance to create your own flower arrangement on both days. Visit the stall on Silver Lane Playing Fields on Saturday or the marquee on Sunday 💐
