By popular demand, APERO HOUR is back. Join us on our terrace for £6 spritzes, negronis & nibbles, 4-6pm every Friday - all summer long.

Set your weekend intentions with a classic negroni, or choose from an aperol, campari or cynar spritz. Apero plates are £6 too and include delicious morsels like aged Comté & mini saucisson.

We also have natural wines by the glass and a huge range of beers in our fridge. And many more bar snacks from our deli too.

Made by Smokin’ Brothers, a UK-based producer known for its sustainable, sashimi-grade Scottish salmon. Sourced from Wester Ross Fisheries, their salmon is cold-smoked using traditional Nordic techniques over juniper, beech, and oak.

Meet Shadow Blossom - the new cheese from the makers of Alp Blossom (which we feature in our Christmas cheese line up each year).

Simple things fermentation - Strong Sahti-style farmhouse ale brewed with barley, rye, juniper and Scottish spruce for the Independent Salford Beer Festival 2025. This rustic and intriguing brew delivers big fruit and cereal flavours with a touch of spice and a subtle acidic edge - think baked apple, crusty bread, Bircher’s muesli, fruit crumble with custard.

Pic 1- O**m Wines, Big Salt, Oregon
A unique mix of Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Early Muscat, grown in Oregon’s marine-influenced Elkton AVA. Imagine taking in the ocean breeze on a crisp morning, works really well with seafood, spicy dishes, lighter fare and salads.

Elegant with nice character with notes of apple and tropical fruit. The palate is rich with great fruit, good acid and a long aftertaste.

Pic 3 - Potato Land Gruner Veltliner
This Gruner Veltliner has a little skin maceration which gives the wine a beautiful orange hue in the glass.
The wine has got a lovely grip that you would expect from an orange wine, with notes of citrus, and white stone fruit. Try as an Aperitif or with light salads, seafood or veggie dishes.

Pic 4 - Aulesa Methode Ancestral Riesling,
100% Riesling made in the methode ancestrale. Floral on the nose, with notes of apples, pears, and citrus. On the palate, it is fresh, and lively with small but persistent bubbles and a lingering honeyed note. Absolutely delicious on its own as an aperitif, sweet or spicy dishes, seafood.
