First stop on our adventure to find the best Tortillas de Patatas in the UK.
in the West End of Glasgow, where we met Chef Pedro, a 67-year-old Mallorcan and true old-school "cocinero".
His tortilla alone is worth the visit... golden, creamy, and made with love.
