Exciting news 🥳🧀It won’t be long now until our new Chilli Cheese will be out ! We are just waiting to get all our packaging finalised . We will have a limited amount available tomorrow at Marlow Farmers Market . Any guesses on what we are going to name it 🤫🌶️🧀

This week we are celebrating all things Henley Regatta - and what better way to start than by showcasing the incredible 'Regatta' cheese from The Marlow Cheese Company

Made usuing Laceys milk, this hard Gouda-style cheese has a delicious, nutty and buttery flavour. As this cheese matures, the flavour and texture profile changes, giving a sharp but pleasant flavour with a crystallised texture, coated in a traditional yellow finish.
