We’ve had a year🤪
I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has helped us make a success of our little cheese shop.
The main driving force is the amazing Jess who has delivered so much that I can’t even begin to list it all. She continues to amaze herself and me with the way she deals with all the stresses of running your own business.
Thank you to all of our great team who have worked so hard through the year and in the run up to Christmas and to our customers who are really supportive and caring. I hope we’ve managed to deliver what you wanted.
Thank you to Cromford Mills - it is such a privilege to run a business in such a historic site.
You’ve got a few hours to get your last minute cheese and other things for Christmas asbteam Gibbs are in the shop until 1pm.
We hope to see you and wish everyone a Very Happy Christmas and joyous 2026.

I’m not sure our new young graphic designer understood the brief🤪
We know that gluten free products are often more expensive so for all our customers with gluten intolerance/allergy we have 50% off all gluten free products including naturally gluten free flours such as Teff, Rice, Coconut and Potato.
We’re also ofering half price ancient grain flours, Einkorn, Emmer and Khorasan so if you fancy something a bit different why got give it a go.
What about a slightly different White Bread Flour? Well we’ve got 30% off Meteillou and the amazing Stoneground Strong White Flour (which is also organic).
Open today 10-4 so why not come down before we sell out.

My final post of today. If you were the lady who can into the shop just after 10am (I think you drive a Volvo and we’re parked in Old Station Car Park) and bought 2 x 3kgs of Canada Queen and 3kg of Multiseed and Flake, please can you check whether the payment has gone out of your account. I’m having some trouble with my card machine and it’s showing that the payment didn’t go through. If you could call me on 01629735580 it would be greatly appreciated.
