For all you barbeque and grill enthusiasts out there, we are now preparing the Picanha cut of beef. Also known as the Rump Cap it is the uppermost part of the rump. The thick layer of fat is left on for the cooking process to infuse the meat with a srong beefy flavour. It can be cooked as a single piece, treated like a steak or skewered Brazillian style. Whichever way you cook it, it will be absolutely delicous!
