A bespoke farm butchery selling home grown beef, lamb and pork, hand made sausages, home cured bacon, gammon and ham and cooked meats, we also sell mutton and veal seasonally, and Christmas turkeys, geese and three bird roasts. March House Farm can also be found at farmers markets: Wimbledon, Chiswick, Queens Park, Swiss Cottage, Market Harborough.

It’s not all Slip & Slide (although that is amazing for us, for you and for all the new people that have visited us).

We’ve still been farming, serving, event planning (roll on the pumpkin patch and Christmas) and hosting our Bands in the Barn nights.

Earlier this month The Stiff Cats opened up the evening and we welcomed back Alderman Road Band- it was a night to remember! Truly magical.

And we’ll be hosting our final Bands in the Barn on Saturday 5th September. Save the date and join us for the last dance.

General Farm Work required. We have a member of our team going travelling in October and require someone to fill their boots. The right applicant could start sooner.

The role consists of livestock (mainly sheep) through the winter and spring and harvest work through the summer and autumn. This is a full time position that would suit someone looking to gain a wide range of knowledge. We cannot offer any accommodation. Wage to suit experience.

Saturday 1st August - it’s Bands in the Barn!

Starting at 5 pm, Indie rock band The Stiff Cats will kick off our fifth Bands in the Barn evening, followed by the toe-tapping Alderman Road Band. Alderman Road started their live-music career at Bands in the Barn, and we can’t wait to welcome them back.

Unusually, our farm gates will open at 10am on Saturday 1st August - you can spend the day soaking up the rays, sliding down our HUGE 165 metre Slip & Slide, to getting lost in our Maize Maze or just chilling in the Cow Barn and Courtyard waiting for the late afternoon bands.

There’ll be food from the farm, a fully licensed bar, pedal ride-on tractors and an indoor (in-barn) sandpit!

No ticket required for the Cow Barn - see you on Saturday!

It’s been a busy few days on the Farm as we prepare to open the gates to our programme of summer events and of course, the 165 metre Slip & Slide. 🛝 💦

From briefing the summer team to inflating bouncy castles, checking in on the Maize Maze and building changing rooms - it’s been full on!!

But now, for the best bit - welcoming you all to March House Farm. 🤗 Gates open at 10am, 25th July. Tickets can be booked online.

Rural Enterprise Champion? Us? WOW!! 🤩 Tears were shed, drinks were sipped, friends were made, trains were missed, umbrellas were lost, but what an absolutely amazing achievement from everyone at March House Farm. Not forgetting our wonderful customers - those we see every week, those who dance at Bands in the Barn, those who have taken a tractor ride, those who join us once a year at bonfire night and those who dine in our Cafe. It’s thanks to you that we scooped this award. THANK YOU. 🙏🏻 And, thank you to Countryside Alliance for recognising our enterprise on a national stage. It was a moment we’ll never forget.

Open seven days per week from 8am (9am on a Sunday) it’s a place to shop, speak to the experts and discover our award-winning produce.
