Due to last minute changes in personal plans, we're now attending this huge market tomorrow in Chatham Dockyard!!

There's dozens of stalls, it's under a huge canopy so the weather won't affect it, and there's very cheap parking on site. Come along from 8am till 4pm!! 💪💪

Also we're off on holiday for 5 days from Sunday so any orders placed via our website in that time will be posted on Friday 12th. Then we're back at the famous Lesnes Abbey the following Sunday!! ❤️💚

WOW.... what a weekend at the Chatham Maritime Food & Drink Festival ❤️💚

Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by the stall, sampled, bought a jar, had a chat, or supported us over the weekend. We’re genuinely so grateful for every single customer — old and new 🙌

Messages like this absolutely make the long days worth it… 😍 One lovely customer bought our jalapeño jam at the festival, got home, and within a couple of hours the whole family had already demolished the jar and were asking where they could buy more! 🌶️🔥

☀️ DAY 3 — THE FINAL DAY at the Chatham Maritime Food & Drink Festival! ☀️

What a weekend it’s been already 🙌 It’s been INCREDIBLY busy, the sun is absolutely scorching, and we’ve loved seeing so many of you stopping by, trying the samples and enjoying everything on offer!

We’ve got the dream waterfront spot too 🌊⛵ — amazing views, water activities happening right in front of us, and such a brilliant atmosphere all around.

A massive thank you to everyone who has supported us so far. We’re genuinely so proud to be here and so excited to be meeting so many new customers this weekend ❤️💚

After weeks of prepping, we’ve finalised the last bits and we’re ready for a big weekend ahead. We've been incredibly busy, with hundreds and hundreds of products made in preparation for the festival!! 💪💪

📍 Tomorrow, Sunday & Monday you’ll find us at the Chatham Maritime Food & Drink Festival, on the river front alongside loads of amazing foodies ready to tantalise your taste buds!!

No filters here, what gorgeous colours 😍

When our chilli jams are finished, all those flavours come together into one delicious product — but we don’t always get to show off just how beautiful the ingredients are at the start.

Top to bottom:
🟢 Jalapeño
🔴 Scotch Bonnet
🟠 Naga

The finished jam might steal the spotlight, but the fresh chillies deserve a moment too 🔥

All that colour, flavour and heat ends up packed into our jars ❤️💚

Don’t waste that last bit of jam! 👀

Before you throw that jar away, here’s a little tip…

Add some boiling water to the leftover jam in the jar, pop the lid back on and give it a good shake. You’ll be surprised how much flavour is left! Perfect for adding to sauces, glazes, marinades or even mixing into drinks 😋

And before it ends up in the bin or recycling… don’t forget, you can bring your empty jars back to us! ♻️

We’ll give you 25p back per jar, and every returned jar goes through our three-stage sterilisation process so we can safely reuse them rather than recycle them.

A little less waste, a little more flavour ❤️💚
