We’ll be at the Gravesend & Rochester Ploughing Match this Saturday at Newlands Farm

We’re back at one of our favourite markets today — Lesnes Abbey! ❤️💚

We’ve been attending this one almost every month for over four years now, so it always feels a bit like coming home. We’re in our usual spot under the tree near the café.

The sun might not be shining, but that hasn’t stopped anyone! It’s already starting to get busy, and we’ve only been open half an hour!!

Come and say hello and grab some chilli goodness! 🌶️

📍 Saturday: Erith Made Festival, Riverfront Gardens, Erith Town Centre — 11am–4pm.

📍 Sunday: We’re back at the award-winning Lesnes Abbey Farmers Market — 10am–3pm.

We can’t wait to see all our returning Chilli Champions and meet some new faces, too!

Gyoza with a kick! 🥟🌶️

Pan-fried gyoza with gently fried onions and tenderstem broccoli finished with a ridiculously simple spicy drizzle 🔥

We mixed a little bit of our award-winning Scotch Bonnet chilli jam with soy sauce and rice vinegar, then drizzled it all over the top. Sweet, spicy, salty, and tangy — and it worked bloody brilliantly with the crispy gyoza!

This is just another example of how versatile our chilli jams are. They’re not just great with cheese — get creative and use them to add a bit of sweet heat to your favourite dishes ❤️💚

You’ll find us right in the centre of the warehouse, towards the very back. Just walk straight up the middle, and you can’t miss us! 👀

We’ve got everything out to sample, so come over, have a taste and stock up on your favourite chilli jams, pickles, and oils 🔥

BIG TUB! BIG SAVING 💰

Ordering a larger quantity of chilli jam? Our catering tubs are a great way to save!

Each tub contains 1.1kg of jam — roughly the equivalent of 8 regular jars, but at the price of 5 jars! That’s a saving of over a third 💪

Available across all our jams, they’re supplied in a food-safe plastic catering tub, making them ideal for events, catering, food businesses, commercial kitchens, or anyone who gets through a LOT of chilli jam 🌶

And if you’re one of our customers who keeps your empty jars, you can re-sterilise and refill them from your catering tub. If you’d like some guidance on how to do this safely, we’re more than happy to explain the process ❤️💚

We’re all set up by the General Wolfe Statue, with an absolutely cracking view across towards Canary Wharf in the background! 👌

We’re taking the weekend off! 🍻

No markets for us this weekend — we’re heading up to Milton Keynes to see The Prodigy! 🎶

But while we’re putting our feet up, we thought we’d give you a little look at what’s coming up this autumn. We’ve got plenty of markets and events lined up, so there’ll be lots of chances to come and say hello, stock up on your favourites and, of course, get your chilli fix! 🌶️🔥
