One technique I personally use is quietly repeating three simple statements:

Eating healthy while out and about… why is it so hard ?? I was running behind this morning and i didn’t have time to make lunch so I went to my local bakery for a salad just lettuce, 3 slices tomato, 3 slices of egg and 3 slices cucumber no toppings and it cost £3.50 it’s the smallest salad ever! yet if I wanted 3 sausage rolls it would cost £3.75. This is a problem and this is why as a society we are so unhealthy. We can grab junk food anywhere for a couple of pounds but healthy nutritious food is either not available or comes at a ridiculous price 🤯 ( this isn’t throwing shade at Staniforths the staff are lovely ) it just makes me mad that we are being pushed in to buying possessed junk food over real food … picture of my sad salad 🤣🤣 ps Yorkshire Family Butchers Ltd - Mexborough I want you to start making salads again 🙌🏼
