After an incredible day at the 2026 Battle of the Butchers in Harrogate, we're delighted to share the awards we brought home.

🥩 3 Star Golden Cleaver Award
Our Whisky Dry Aged Sirloin Steak achieved an outstanding 49 out of 50 points from the judges.

This unique steak is soaked in Jack Daniel's for 48 hours before being dry aged for a minimum of 25 days, creating a truly exceptional flavour profile. The judges described it as having an "unusual and unique flavour" and awarded top marks across almost every category.

🐑 2 Star Golden Cleaver Award
Our Lamb, Feta & Spinach Sausages were also recognised with a prestigious 2 Star Golden Cleaver Award, showcasing the quality and innovation that goes into everything we produce.

To receive recognition at a national competition judged by some of the industry's leading experts is something we're incredibly proud of.

What an amazing day at the 2026 Battle of the Butchers show in Harrogate! 🥩🏆

It was fantastic to see so many new ideas, innovations, and exciting technologies coming into the butchery industry. The future of our trade is certainly looking bright.

A real highlight of the day was watching the French World Butchers Team showcase their incredible skills, along with the Young Apprentice Battle, which demonstrated the outstanding talent coming through the industry.

And yes... we came home with an award! 👀🏅
