We are a family Butchers at the heart of the Midhurst community. Like your food sourced locally?..... We offer a wide variety of free range Beef, Pork, Lamb and Poultry all within a 20 mile radius. During the winter months we are stocked with a selection of local game such as Venison, Pheasant, Mallard and Partridge from the surrounding game shoots. Our Deli counter holds an assortment of cooked m

eats including our own home cooked ham (roasted over night for maximum flavour) and a wide selection of cheeses, some local, as well as the traditional favourites you'd expect to find on any good cheese board. For those nights you don't feel like doing all the cooking, our chef, who uses our meats and recipe, bring you home made pies, sausage rolls, quiches, scotch eggs and pork pies. Alongside the meats and cheeses, we have an outstanding variety of award winning products such as Chutneys, Jams, Sussex Honey, Stuffing Mixes and Gravy to name but a few.
