G Mitchard & Sons High Class family Butcher .Est 1913 by Gilbert Mitchard .Now Being run by Gilbert's Grandson, Brian EST 1913..Celebrated 100 yrs in 2013. G. Chris Mitchard.

Mitchard and Sons is a high quality family Butchers. All Meat sourced locally. Over the years the business has remained in the Mitchard family and is now being run by Brian, Barbara ,Chris and Sarah Mitchard. We have won numerous awards for our sausages ,pies, bacon and burgers. In 1993 and 2013 we were invited to the prestigious Butchers Hall in London to
receive awards for continued excellence.

In 2013 Chris was awarded best product in the south west for home cured gammon and went on to attend national awards. From 1999-2005 our Pork Pies won best pie in the southwest...this pork pie competition was stopped in 2006. All of our products and cuts are produced on our premises...Bacon, hams, pies ,sausages, faggots. We would like to thank all our Customers and look forward to meeting new faces.
