We are Evan Rees Dyfed Ltd and have been in business for over 45 years!

We are a third generation, family run business.
We are predominantly a van sales company – which means we will come to your shop/hotel/business once a week, every week with a van full of stock. We don’t have a minimum order and we don’t require pre-ordering.

It’s as simple as telling us what you need when we arrive!

We sell Butter, Cheese, Eggs, Yoghurts, Cakes, Bacon, Ham and lots more.

Here at Shirgar butter we can trace our cream (& milk) back to individual Red Tractor Farm Assured Welsh suppliers. ❤️

None of the cream supplied to churn our butter is sourced from any of the farms that form part of the Bovaer trials
