I'm always getting asked for my White Chocolate and Raspberry Cookie recipe....here it is, feel free to share x

225g Softened Butter or Stork
225g Caster Sugar
170g Condensed Milk
350g Self Raising Flour
150g White Chocolate Buttons
150g Raspberries

In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar and condensed milk.
Stir in the flour and Choc Buttons.
Gently mix in the raspberries, I find it best to use frozen ones so they don't completely mush up.
Use 2 tablespoons to put little dollops of mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper. It's a really sticky mixture and spreads lots so space them quite far apart.
Bake at 160degrees for around 15 mins, or until just golden at the edges.
The middle will still be soft, leave them to cool and firm before moving on to a cooling rack/plate/mouth!
This batch makes around 25 large cookies, I usually freeze half before adding the raspberries.
