Straight from the beautiful hills of West Cork, Ireland, Durrus is one of the country’s most celebrated farmhouse cheeses – and for very good reason.

Made by the Ferguson family on their farm near Schull, this award-winning cheese has become something of a legend amongst cheesemongers and food lovers alike.

Handmade in Suffolk using raw Montbéliarde cow’s milk, this beautiful Brie-style cheese is rich, silky, creamy and packed with incredible depth of flavour.

As it ripens, the centre becomes perfectly soft and luxurious with earthy, buttery notes that make it very difficult to stop at one piece.

If you love proper soft cheese, Baron Bigod is an absolute must try.
