It's a bit of a grey old day today but Ali from has just delivered the most exquisite array of fresh locally grown flowers 💐
At £10.00 per bunch they are an absolute treat !

Just a small snapshot of our weekly organic vegetable delivery...
Each week we place an order with the lovely folks at and they bring us so many delicious fresh organic fruit and vegetables , it's an absolute joy to see.
All plastic free of course and that means you can just buy what you need and when you need it.
We try to source locally grown first but of course lots of delicious things don't grow in wales or not yet anyway!
We are open till 1pm on Wednesdays from now on remember so be quick this morning.!

Our beautiful wildlife garden is blooming again
and we are hoping to see
🐦 🦋🐝🐜🐞🕷🦗🪰🪱🐌
all the little critters that use this garden as an oasis in the middle of town in Narberth, back again this year.

Mostly locally produced and all fresh;

Cheeses from
Pies and scotch eggs vegan and vegetarian from F***y Tingles Kitchen along with sparkly chocolate brownies to die for!
Fresh organic milk , fresh kefir and fresh orange juice to complete your Beltane Picnic....
Let's hope the sun shines later but in the meantime come and get your goodies now whilst they're still here...
Open today till 5.30pm, Saturday 9- 2pm closed on Sunday open on May Day from 11 - 4.
