This isn’t just any picture of a pile of Bacon. This picture here represents our first attempt of curing our own Bacon. Using our fantastic Orchard Pork Loin, b***d and skinned with a Sweet Maple Cure.
We are pleased with the results and we would love your feedback if you get the chance to try it. If you don’t get the chance then fear not, with have another batch curing now, won’t be long.
