The Butcher’s Stew Starts Here

Cold weather is setting in and this is proper stew season.

If you want something easy that fills the house with that Sunday smell then grab some of our diced beef and give this a go. Good honest food done right.

Beef Stew Recipe

You’ll need
Diced beef
Onions
Carrots
Celery
Garlic
Potatoes
Beef stock
Tomato puree
A splash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper

Brown the beef in a pan.
Add chopped onions carrots celery garlic and potatoes.
Cook it together for a couple of minutes.
Add a spoon of tomato puree a splash of Worcestershire and your beef stock.
Bring to a simmer and let it cook low and slow until the beef is tender.
Season to taste.
Serve with mash dumplings or crusty bread.
