I rarely stock anything that isn't cheese, or cheese adjacent - that's changing slowly, but it HAS to be the right product. And this selection from is absolutely right up my street.

Delicious infused olive oils, za'atar and shatta (INCREDIBLY hot chilli sauce) from independent producers in Palestine. We are incorporating them into our gratelate menus, and they're available to buy now.

PImento Cheese!

I first heard of pimento cheese on an American cooking show with YEARS ago, and was intrigued so I was SO EXCITED to discover it was being made here in the UK!

A blend of cheddar, cream cheese and piquante peppers, think spicy cheese savoury... made by Savannah GA native Jane to feel a little less homesick. Try it instore today, we'll also have it on Saturday and market on Sunday!

It's International Women's Day this weekend and we are championing cheeses made by incredible women ALL WEEK!

We'll have a selection of these on Saturday, and at the IWD market from and on Sunday in the Ouseburn!

First up, this speckly beauty is Blackmount from Selina Cairns - in a classic pyramid you'll find a fudgy goat's cheese, smooth and creamy with a meaty finish.

Fantastic meal .kitchen tonight after an unexpectedly quiet Saturday (where was everyone today??)

Hake with fennel, vin jaune and samphire rosti.
Celeriac carpaccio, Stilton, marcona almonds and a Thai chilli honey.
Chilli crisp roast potatoes.

Amazing service and excellent food as always. If you like those things, you should go here.
