When we first opened our store in Newcastle, our vision was to be a supermarket that was not only user friendly and comfortable but to also make Asian products more accessible to the general public. At 10,000 square foot we provide wide spacious aisles, English product labels and knowledgeable staff. Now our mission is to introduce an improved and unique culinary experience, providing consumers with some of Asia’s favourite products and flavours. We aim to offer a first-class service with our friendly and knowledgeable staff in store but also online from the comfort of your own home. Along with our goal to provide the best in the market, HiYoU believes in giving back to the community. All profits from selling our plastic bags are donated to The Toby Henderson Trust who support children and young adults with autism, their families and carers in the Northeast of England.
