📢 Getting in touch with Stilton Butchers? Here’s the best way to reach us

When emailing us, please help us respond as quickly as possible by including:
• Your order number in the subject line
• Your full address
• A brief description of your question or query
Please allow 1–2 working days maximum for a response, although we always aim to get back to you much sooner.
📞 A quick update on our phone line
We’ve recently had a new phone line installed on 01733 930330. Unfortunately, the line and signal are currently dropping intermittently, and we’re waiting for a technician to complete the work.
We’ve been advised this should be resolved by the end of the week. In the meantime, please direct your communication through email so we can make sure your message reaches the right person and gets dealt with properly.
🎉 Even better news — our Customer Service is getting an upgrade!
We’ve invested in a brand-new Customer Service ticketing platform, which is currently being built and should be ready by the middle of next week.
Once live, every customer enquiry will have its own ticket number, allowing our team to keep everything organised, track conversations properly and respond to questions and queries much more efficiently.
And we’re growing the team too! ❤️
Next week we’re welcoming Toni and Millie, two new team members who will be helping run our Customer Service and new ticketing platform.
We know that while the quality of our meat and products has always been something we’re incredibly proud of, our Customer Service hasn’t always matched the standard we want to deliver.
That’s why we’re investing in new people, better technology and improved systems to raise the bar.
We’re really excited about these changes and believe they’ll make communicating with Stilton Butchers quicker, smoother and easier for everyone.
