🥩 FROM ONE BEEF SHOULDER, SO MANY DELICIOUS CUTS!

Ever wondered where some of your favourite slow-cooking cuts come from?

This is all taken from the shoulder of the beef forequarter the front end of the animal. Once broken down by our butchers, it gives us a variety of fantastic cuts, including blade, brisket and chuck, all packed with flavour and perfect for slow cooking.

It’s proper butchery , breaking down the whole piece and making sure every cut is put to good use. 🔪🥩

We’ve had our pigs delivered, and now broken down into a whole load of delicious cuts ready for the counter. 🔪🐷

From one whole pig, we’ve got:
